Rick Eakin
 Systems Representative, Sales, Consulting, Integration
Rick joined State Security in 2005 after serving the Roanoke City School System for 29 years and finishing his career as the Director of Maintenance and Operations. While there, he managed the various trades responsible for maintaining the building and grounds of the school system and operated as liaison in the coordination of school construction and renovations, working with Architects, Engineering, and Construction firms. Rick attained certification in course study of construction management from the Riker Institute in Florida and the University of Wisconsin. Rick holds four Master Tradesman licenses from the Virginia Department of Professional & Occupational Regulation Board for Contractors, and has numerous certifications from various areas in the construction industry.  Rick is a Graduate of the Roanoke Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Roanoke Valley Class of 2003, in which he was nominated to represent the Roanoke City School system. Rick is a certified registered Security Sales Representative, Technician, Locksmith from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Criminal Justice System. Rick has thorough knowledge of all components needed to satisfy the requirements of the various integrated security systems and works closely with our customers to find solutions for their security needs.
