Service and Support 

State Security provides service to our customers as follows:
Mon. – Fri. 8:30 – 5:00 pm, please call our office at (540) 985-0797. 
Travel charges may apply if out of the Roanoke area. 
All other hours, please call (540) 353-1410, (540) 815-8867 or (540) 588-1568 for emergency service. 
Service is provided for emergencies at the rate of 1.5 times our regular rate of $75.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. 
If you do not have an emergency and would like to schedule and appointment for sales or service, please fill out the following form or give our office a call.
